Asset Management - Director

Dan Dilmanian joined George Comfort & Sons in 1998, working in acquisitions for 10 years before being named head of the asset management department. In this role, he oversees the company’s entire portfolio of buildings, handling comprehensive asset management duties that include cash flow modeling, forecasting, reporting and budgeting, all with a strategic eye for optimal cost savings and improved efficiencies.

Dan provides integral support for all acquisitions, dispositions, financings, refinancings, operations and leasing at the firm. He directly manages 498 7th Avenue, 135 West 50th Street, 307 West 38th Street, 158 West 27th Street, 7 West 18th Street, 168 Canal Street, and a New Jersey office park among other major assets.

Always fascinated with real estate and construction, Dan entered the business right after graduating from college. He attended SUNY Albany, graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and dual concentration in Finance and Management Information Systems.

Dan is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker, and sits on the Board of the Garment District Alliance. He is married with five children, resides in Great Neck, Long Island, and is a tennis buff in his free time.
