Rose Associates Renews 47,000-SF Lease in New York
Property Management Company Signs for 15 Years

Rose Associates Inc. renewed its 47,000-square-foot lease at 200 Madison Ave. in New York. George Comfort & Sons, Inc. signed the property management company for another 15 years.
The 26-story, 666,188-square-foot office tower was built in 1926 and renovated in 2004. It is in the Murray Hill submarket.
Jeff Rosenblatt of Helmsley Spear represented the tenant. Peter S. Duncan and Matt Coudert represented George Comfort & Sons, in-house.
